Dust & Debris Removal: Removal of all remaining construction debris, trash, and packaging.

HEPA-Filter Vacuuming: Thorough vacuuming of all surfaces—including walls, ceilings, and inside vents—using HEPA-filter vacuums to capture fine dust particles.

Detailed Wiping: Meticulous hand-wiping of all surfaces, including walls, baseboards, trim, window sills, and door frames.

Fixture & Hardware Cleaning: Wiping down and shining all light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, and hardware (removing any paint or mud).

Cabinetry: Wiping the inside and outside of all new cabinets, shelves, and drawers to remove sawdust.

Specialized Removal: Careful removal of paint splatters, caulk residue, and adhesive/stickers from surfaces, floors, and glass.

Floors: Intensive vacuuming and multi-pass mopping of all hard floors to ensure all fine dust is gone.

Glass & Windows: Cleaning of all interior window glass, tracks, and sills.
